STORE POLICY

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges and cancellations. All sales are final. All customers agree to reading terms/conditions prior to checkout. Soul Chakra™ reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, but are marked as delivered as well as packages in-transit. 

FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS:

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect or simply the wrong item, please immediately contact us within 48 hours at info@soulchakra.shop and email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault - please include your order number in the email.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 7 days of receiving. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
